Pokémon participating in the coming Community Days in September and October 2020 will be voted on on Twitter on the official Pokémon GO game page from August 22-23. All trainers will be able to vote for their favorite Pokémon. The two Pokémon with the most votes will be members of the next two Community day... We'll see the winner at Community Day in September and the runner-up Pokémon in October.
Community Days September and October 2020 candidates
Candidates for this vote are Charmander, Caterpie, Grimer and Porygon with Dragon Breath, Hurricane, Fire Punch and Tri Attack attacks respectively:

To receive the specified attacks, you will need to turn pokemon the participant until its final stage of evolution during the Community Day, or up to 2 hours after its end.
Recommended bonuses and details of Community Days will be announced at a later date.
A special poll will be posted on the official Pokémon GO Twitter on Saturday 22 August 2020. Anyone can vote within 24 hours before Sunday 23 August 2020. You can only cast one vote for the Pokémon you would like to see the most in September or October.
Winners will be announced shortly after voting ends.
