There will be 2020 Spotlight Hours and Mystery Bonus Hours in April 4. They will take place every Tuesday at 18:00 pm your local time. In April, each such event will include both special Pokémon and various in-game bonuses for participation. In fact, it will be a combination of both events into one.
Spotlight and Mystery Bonus Hours - events in April 2020
The following bonuses and Pokémon are planned for this month:

Spotlight Hour with Pokémon Magnemite will be held alongside Spring Celebration 2020 of the year. Spring Party in Pokémon GO will have a double Candy bonus when gestation and increased duration of Lucky Eggs. Therefore, this is a great opportunity to go out and catch some Magnemite and get a decent amount of candy. Just be aware of local regulations and safety precautions regarding coronavirus COVID-19. Be careful.
Apart from Magnemite, Pokémon in this event cycle are not very useful in Pokémon GO PvP and pvE. Therefore, turn Magnemite constantly, as Magneton and Magnezone are very useful in raids и battles with other players.
